The practice manager is here every weekday and handles the administrative side of the practice. She should be contacted if you have any queries, suggestions or complaints about the practice.
They are there to help you. This may necessitate asking for basic medical details. All information is treated in the strictest confidence and they are bound by the same codes of conduct as doctors and nurses. The receptionists deal with patients at the front desk and all telephone enquiries. This makes their job very demanding, so please be patient and show them the respect they rightly deserve.
